Cut 150g pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and marinate with 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch for 15 minutes.
Prepare the batter by mixing 2 tbsp cornstarch with 3 tbsp water until smooth.
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Dip pork pieces into the batter and fry until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
