Dice the sweet potato and then boil in a pot for 8-10 minutes. Next, remove and drain.
Place the lentils with the sweet potato, egg, oats, chopped garlic or powder and salt and pepper to taste in a blender cup and blitz.
Pour the oil in a pan and then, once heated, cook each side for 3-4 minutes until browned.
