Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).
Wash the swiss chard leaves well and cut into small pieces.
Place it in a pot with boiling water and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes or until it reduces its volume. Remove, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and drain.
At the same time, in a bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the milk, chard and the previously chopped cheese. Add salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture in a single baking pan previously buttered.
Bake at 356 °F (180 °C) for 15 minutes.
Remove, let stand for some minutes and serve.
In case you don't want to bake it, you can cook it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, checking every 30 seconds after the first 2 minutes.
You can also make an omelet in a non-stick pan or in a regular one with a little bit of oil.
