  • Instant Coffee2 teaspoon (4 g)
  • Chia Seeds1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Dark Chocolate with 70-85% Cacao1 small square (10 g)
  • Milk1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Yogurt1/4 cup (60 g)
  • Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Ground Cinnamon1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
  • Stevia1/2 packet (1 g)

    For this recipe you need to previously grate the chocolate.

    For the espresso, add 2 teaspoons of instant coffee to 2 tablespoons of boiling water and stir to dissolve.
