Boil water with a bit of salt. Once boiling, add the broccoli previously cut into pieces.

In the meantime, drain well the tofu and dice. Next, chop the onion.
Preheat a deep pan with oil. Add the tofu and onion.
Season to taste and saute over high heat until browned, for about 7-8 minutes.
Once ready, remove from heat, serve and add the cooked broccoli. Mix well and season with salt.
