  • Onion1/4 count (38 g)
  • Scallion1 tablespoon (5 g)
  • Soy Sauce1/2 tablespoon (7 g)
  • Oyster Sauce1/2 tablespoon (7 g)
  • Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Bell Pepper1/4 count (30 g)

    For this recipe you need cooked white rice.

    Drain and dice the tofu. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and if you have garlic and/or ginger powder, add it. Coat on all sides and set aside.

    Place a pan over high heat and once heated, heat half of the oil. In the meantime, chop the onion and bell pepper.

    Once heated, add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the onion is translucent. Remove and set aside.

    Pour the rest of the oil and add the tofu without its juice, brown on all sides. Once browned, add its juice and let it boil for a few seconds. Turn off.
