Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, turn off and drain.
Simultaneously, heat half of the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Drain the tofu and dice.
Once heated, add the tofu and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Add the mixture to the pan and stir until thickened. Turn off.
Serve the pasta with tofu and hot mushroom sauce on a plate.
You can garnish with some herbs of your choice and some onion rings.
