Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, turn off and drain.
Preheat a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the garlic and dice the tomato.
Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the garlic with the tomato.
Add salt and pepper, mix and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Slice the olives and add to the pan.
Then add the cooked pasta and mix well for a better flavour.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
