Instructions
Heat water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, peel and slice the potato.
Once boiling, add the potato and let boil for 8-10 minutes.
For the vegetables: Peel and finely slice the carrot. Then cut the broccoli (or cauliflower) into small florets and cut the green beans.
Six minutes before removing the potato, add the green beans with the carrot and three minutes later, add the broccoli.
Let boil the remaining time and remove once soft. Drain and set aside.
For the patty: Cut the chicken into small pieces. It should be chopped. You can use the food processor but be careful it's not shredded.
Chop the garlic and put in a bowl with the turkey. Add salt and pepper to taste, your favourite herbs, mix and make the burgers.
Preheat the pan and, once heated, pour 1/3 of the oil, spread and add the burger. Lower the heat to medium.
Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until brown. Set aside.
Heat another 1/3 of the oil in a pan and add the vegetables. Add salt and pepper and sauté for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Remove.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and, once heated, add the cooked potatoes and brown each side for 2 minutes. Turn off.
Serve the turkey patties with browned potatoes and vegetables on a plate.
