Cook for 17-20 minutes or until the liquid is completely absorbed, and the rice is cooked.
Next, heat a pan with the remaining oil over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the chicken, peel and slice the banana.
Once heated, add the chicken together with the banana. Cook the chicken for 4-6 minutes per side and cook the banana for 2-3 minutes per side.
Once done, remove and serve with the rice.
If you wish, you can add a fresh salad with cucumber, tomato, radish, etc.
