For this recipe you need a vegetable spiralizer.
Finely chop the onion, garlic, bell pepper and carrot. Separately, grate the tomato. Set aside.
In a pot add the oil. Once heated, add the beef, season with salt and pepper and stir with a spoon until crumbled.
