Wash the zucchini and spin it through the spiralizer. Set aside.
Wash the shrimp and remove the black line at the tail. Set aside.
Chop the parsley and garlic. Cut the garlic in two.
Place a pan over medium heat and once heated, add half of the oil and the garlic.
Add the zucchini, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for two minutes. Cover and cook for 1 more minute. Turn off and serve on a plate.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil and brown the remaining garlic. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, 1 1/2 minutes per side.
Turn off, season with salt and pepper and add parsley. Mix and serve with the zucchini.
