Instructions
Heat a pot with salted water over high heat. In the meantime, peel and cut the potato into sticks.
Once boiling, put the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
Heat a pan over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the fish.
Once heated, add half the oil and the fish. Cook for 3-4 per side over medium heat.
Mix the soy sauce with water (the same amount of soy sauce), garlic paste or powder and chopped scallion. You can add ginger. Add salt and pepper.
Add the mixture to the fish and continue cooking over low heat for 2 more minutes.
Then cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and put in a pot with boiling water. Let boil for 3 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.
Brown the potatoes, heat a pan over medium heat and once heated, add the oil.
Add the potatoes and brown each side for 2 minutes over medium heat. Remove, set aside and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve the fish with its sauce, broccoli and potatoes on a plate.
