  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Broccoli1 cup (90 g)
  • Scallion1 tablespoon (5 g)
  • Soy Sauce1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Garlic1/2 clove (2 g)
  • Sesame Seeds1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)

    Heat a pot with salted water over high heat. In the meantime, peel and cut the potato into sticks.

    Once boiling, put the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
