For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Mix the ground beef with half the chopped garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well until integrated and make the meatballs. Take to the fridge.
In the meantime, make the marinade. Mix the soy sauce with some water, ginger and remaining chopped garlic (you can replace with garlic powder)
Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour the oil and add the meatballs.
Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes and then add the marinade.
Continue cooking for about 5 more minutes or until browned on the outside and cooked in the inside.
Set the meatballs aside and add the zucchini cut into pieces in the same pan. Cook with the same marinade for a better flavour.
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper and remove once tender.
Serve the rice with Asian Style meatballs and zucchini. Add scallion and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
