For this recipe you need cooked white rice.

Heat half of the oil in a pot over high heat.
Sear the meat until browned on both sides. This will take about 3-4 minutes.
Pour the marinade over the beef, mix and cook for 1 more minute. Remove and set aside.
Meanwhile, chop the celery and the chard.
Add the remaining oil and stir-fry the vegetables over medium heat for approximately 6-7 minutes.
Add the beef again, mix well and add water or broth.
Once boiling, lower the heat, cover and continue cooking for 8-10 more minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve hot with the rice.
