Instructions
Heat water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, marinate the chicken.
Marinate the chicken with tomato sauce, mustard, paprika, soy sauce, stevia (or your favorite sweetener, like sucralose, xylitol, monk fruit, etc.) and salt to taste.
Optional: Add vinegar (same amount as the soy sauce), worcestershire sauce (same amount as the mustard) and/or a pinch of garlic.
Let marinate for 5-10 minutes or skip this step if you don't have the time.
Then wash, peel and slice the potato. Put in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 10-12 minutes.
Once the potato is ready, remove, drain and smash using a fork. Mix with the milk, butter and salt to taste.
Heat a pan over high heat and, once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the chicken. Let cook each side for 4-6 minutes over medium heat and turn off.
If you want, you can cover the pan after flipping the chicken for a juicier result. Serve the bbq chicken with the mashed potatoes.
You can serve with a fresh salad seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
