    For this recipe you need cooked beans.

    Grate the carrot and chop half the onion. Heat a pan over high heat and, heated, add the oil and spread.

    Put the vegetables, add salt and pepper and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until the onion is translucent. Turn off.

    In the meantime, process or mash the cooked beans.
