For this recipe you need cooked beans.
Heat a pot over medium heat and, in the meantime, chop the onion and garlic. Peel and dice the carrot.
Once heated, add the oil, onion and garlic with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until translucent.
Add the ground beef and mix with the stir-fried mixture. Cook for 10 minutes.
Once the beef has a brownish color, add the carrot with the broth and tomato sauce. If you want, add bay.
Once boiling, cook for 5 minutes. Next, add the beans and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
Season to taste and serve hot with rosemary.
