Shell the corn and boil for 10-12 minutes. Once ready, remove and stop cooking process with cold water. Drain and set aside.
Cut the upper part of the bell pepper and remove the seeds. Then take the bell pepper to the microwave for 7 minutes.
You can also put it in a pan with some water. Cover and let cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. In the meantime, chop the onion.
Once heated, pour the oil and spread. Add the onion with a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes while stirring from time to time. Once soft and transparent, add the ground beef.
Cook for 8 minutes, until the beef gets a brownish colour. Add the corn, salt and pepper and mix.
Fill the bell pepper with the mixture and cover with cheese. You can use mozzarella, white or fresh cheese.
Oven/Air fryer option: Bake for 7 minutes or cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes over 356 °F (180 °C) until the cheese melts.
Without oven/air fryer: Place the cheese on top and wait some minutes until melted.
Serve. If you have more filling, serve as well.
