Instructions
Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges. Put the potato in a pot with boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
Once ready, remove, drain and season with half the oil, garlic paste, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the chicken into bites and set aside.
Cut the onion and bell pepper, and put in a bowl with the chicken and bbq sauce. Mix well.
Skewer one piece of bell pepper, one of onion and one of chicken until done.
You can let sit for 10 minutes, one hour or overnight, but if you don't have time, cook directly.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, add the skewers and let cook each side for 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot.
