Instructions
For this recipe you need cooked rice. You can also use only mushrooms.
Wash the vegetables and chop. Finely chop the meat.
Heat half of the oil in a pot over medium heat.
Once heated, sear the beef for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add the remaining oil and stir-fry the onion over medium-low heat for 7 minutes or until translucent.
Add the garlic and bell pepper. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the mushrooms. Stir, cover and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the rice to the beef and mix. Season with salt and pepper and add cumin. Mix.
Season to taste and serve hot.
