In this recipe, you will learn how to cook the potatoes in the air fryer, oven or pan. The following step will be to the air fryer/oven version.
Peel and cut the potato into strips. Soak in 2/3 of the oil and cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes over 356°F (180°C) or bake it for 25-30 minutes.
If you prepare it in the pan, put the potato sticks in a pot with boiling water and for 10-12 minutes. Once ready, remove and drain.
Heat 2/3 the oil in a pan and, once heated, add the sticks. Fry each side for 1-2 minutes until browned.
Then, chop the onion with the bell pepper. Then, put a pan over high heat.
Once heated, pour the oil, spread and put the onion with the bell peppers and a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat or until the onion is translucent.
Then, add the ground beef, salt and pepper and cook for 10-12 minutes while stirring from time to time.
Heat the tortilla for 1-2 minutes to soften.
Fill them with the beef mixture and roll. Serve with the french fries.
