Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
Chop the onion together with the tomato and garlic. Separately, dice the beef and season with salt and pepper.
Place a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour half of the oil, spread and add the beef.
Let it cook for 4-5 minutes until all sides are seared.
Remove the beef and add the onion in the same pan with a pinch of salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato and garlic, stir, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add a little water or the pasta cooking broth if necessary.
Then add the beef, stir, cover and let it cook for 3 more minutes. Once done, season to taste and turn off.
Season the pasta with the remaining oil, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. If you wish, you can sprinkle oregano.
Serve the beef pasta.
