For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the garlic paste or powder, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Optional: You can add some chopped parsley.
Mix well and shape the patties with your hands. Take to the fridge.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour the remaining oil, the zucchini dices, bell pepper and salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
You can use any bell pepper you have. Mix the quinoa with the stir-fried mixture.
Serve the burgers with quinoa and zucchini on a plate. If you want, you can add some fresh tomato.
