For this recipe you need cooked rice.
To make the patties, first chop the garlic. Mix half of it with the ground beef and flour.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well and shape the patty with your hands. Refrigerate.
Place a pan over high heat.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the patty. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Separately, slice the mushrooms.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan and stir-fry the mushrooms with the garlic set aside.
After 5 minutes, add the cornstarch diluted in water.
Season with salt and pepper and stir constantly until thickened.
Serve the rice with the patty on a plate and pour the mushroom sauce on top.
