For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Place a pot filled with water over high heat until boiling.
Wash the green beans, remove the ends and cut in thirds. Separately, slice the beef. Set aside.
Make two cross cuts at the top of the tomato and once the water is boiling, add the tomatoes.
Also, add the previously washed garlic and let it boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove and blend.
Heat half of the oil in a pot over medium heat.
Once heated, sear the beef for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add the remaining oil and stir-fry the onion over medium-low for 7 minutes or until translucent.
Add the tomato sauce, bay leaf, curry, cumin, salt, pepper and green beans.
Mix and cook for 7 minutes over medium-low heat.
Add the beef, stir and cook for 3 more minutes.
After 3 minutes, season to taste and serve.
Serve with cooked rice.
