Shell the corn and place in a pot filled with boiling water. Boil for 12 minutes, remove and drain.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash. Separately, cut the beef into small pieces and chop the onion.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the onion with a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat or until translucent. Then add the beef and cook for 2 minutes per side.
Add the cauliflower, mix well and cover. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
Next, add the corn and salt and pepper to taste.
Peel and cut the avocado into wedges. Salt and pepper and season with lemon juice.
