Peel and cut the potato into medium slices. Try to make it evenly.
Put the potato in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 10-12 minutes or until soft.

Next, cut the upper part of the bell pepper and remove the seeds.
Take the bell pepper to the microwave for 7 minutes or to the oven/air fryer for 8 minutes over 356 °F (180 °C.)
You can also put it in a pan with some water. Cover and let cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Heat a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the garlic and grind the beef.
Once heated, pour half the oil and spread. Add the garlic with the beef and then salt and pepper. Cook for 8 minutes while stirring from time to time.
Stuff the bell pepper with the mixture.
Take back to the pan over medium heat and pour the remaining oil. Add the bell pepper upside down in a way that the beef is touching the pan.
Let cook for 2 minutes until seared. Then cover and let cook each side for 30 seconds.
Serve the stuffed bell pepper with the potato on a plate. If you have extra stuffing, serve as well.
