Peel and dice the pumpkin. Boil for 10-12 minutes.
Heat 1/3 of the oil in a pan over high heat. Slice the beef and season with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the beef to the pan and brown for 4-5 minutes.
Then lower to medium heat and continue cooking until done.
Meanwhile, slice the zucchini.
Add the zucchini in the same pan and cook for 2-4 minutes per side.
Remove from heat when well done and season with half of the remaining oil.
To finish the mashed pumpkin, place the boiled pumpkin in a bowl and mash to the desired consistency.
Season with the remaining olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. If you wish, you can add a pinch of nutmeg, cinnamon and/or stevia.
Serve.
