  • Mushrooms1/2 cup (35 g)
  • Sesame Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Oyster Sauce1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Cornstarch1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Soy Sauce1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Rice1 cup (200 g)

Instructions

    Wash the mushrooms (or Chinese mushrooms) together with the leek, onion and garlic.

    Slice the mushrooms, slice the leek, mince the garlic and chop the onion. If you have ginger, chop and add.

    Finely chop the beef and season with salt and pepper.
