Wash, peel and dice the potato. Separately, cut off the ends of the green beans.
Boil the potato for 10-12 minutes until softened but not falling apart.
After 3 minutes of cooking, add the green beans and boil until the time is up.
Once done, remove, drain and set aside.
Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl and season with cumin, salt and pepper.
Dip the fillet in breadcrumbs until well coated.
Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour half of the oil, reduce the heat to medium and place the fish.
Brown on both sides for approximately 4 minutes per side (the time will depend on the thickness of the piece).
In the meantime, stir-fry the green beans and the potato for about 3 minutes in the oil.
Serve the breaded fish, green beans and potatoes on a plate. Pour lemon juice.
