For this recipe you need cooked rice. Also, you can use garlic powder, paste or minced to taste.
Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C). Separately, place a pot filled with water over high heat until boiling.
Meanwhile, wash the vegetables, remove the ends of the snow peas and cut the cauliflower into pieces. Set aside.
Mix the egg yolk, milk and garlic powder in a bowl.
Dip the fish fillets in the egg yolk mixture and breadcrumbs.
Place the fillets on a baking tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
With 5 minutes remaining, grill them. You can also place them in the air fryer.
For the vegetables: Once the water boils, add the cauliflower and let it boil for 3 minutes and the snow peas for 30 seconds.
Next, remove, stop cooking with cold water and set aside.
Place a wok over high heat and once heated, pour the oil.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for two minutes. Season with salt and pepper, mix and turn off.
Serve the previously cooked rice, fish fillets and vegetables on a plate.
