  • Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon (28 g)

    Place a pot of water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.

    Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes. Let them boil for 8 minutes until soft but not falling apart.

    Simultaneously, cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and place in another pot with boiling water.

    Boil for 3 minutes with a pinch of salt. Remove, drain and set aside.
