Instructions
For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Clean the fish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the grill over high heat. Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the fish. Cook 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
When desired doneness is reached, remove.
Simultaneously, cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and place in a pot with boiling water.
Boil for 3 minutes and add a pinch of salt. Remove, drain and set aside.
For the salad, slice the tomato and cucumber. Season with the remaining oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
If desired, you can add bell pepper strips and/or carrot.
