For this recipe you need cooked chicken. It can be boiled or steamed.
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Then divide the crust in two and roll both parts.
Preheat a pan with the oil over medium heat. In the meantime, cut the garlic and leek into thin strips.
Once heated, add to the pan and cook for 7 minutes while stirring from time to time. Remove.
Shred the chicken breast using a fork and mix with the leek, garlic and cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the pie crust on the mold and, on top of it, the filling. Cover with the other part.
Cook the pie in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is browned.
Remove, let cool for some minutes and remove from the mold.
