Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the indicated time on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
Heat a pan over high heat. In the meantime, dice the chicken and add salt and pepper.
Once heated, add half the oil and the chicken. Lower the heat to medium and cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring to brown all its sides.
Chop the garlic, onion and basil leaves. You can set some aside to garnish at the end. Cut the tomato into pieces.
Once the chicken is brown, remove, pour the remaining oil and stir-fry the onion with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
Then add the tomato with the garlic and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Lower the heat and cook for 10 more minutes. You can add some water to prevent from drying.
Add the pasta, chopped basil leaves and salt and pepper. Mix.
Serve the pasta with the chicken and tomato hot.
