  • Turmeric1/2 teaspoon (1 g)

  • Olive Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)

    For the rice: Add double the volume of water to rice.

    Add the turmeric, chopped garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

    Once boiling, lower the heat. Cook for 17 - 20 minutes or until the liquid is completely absorbed, and the rice is tender.

    Meanwhile, place water in another pot with a pinch of salt while cutting the broccoli into small florets.

    Once boiling, add and boil for 3-4 minutes until tender. Remove, drain and set aside.

    Heat the pan over high heat. While heating, season the chicken with salt and pepper and add a pinch of turmeric on each side.

    Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the chicken breast. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.

    Slice the tomato and add to the pan for a few minutes. You can also use cherry tomatoes.

    When they are slightly roasted, remove. Season with the remaining olive oil, chopped basil and a pinch of salt.
