Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Next, remove and drain.
Separately, place the pan over high heat. Meanwhile, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Pour half of the oil and add the chicken. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and the chopped bell pepper in the same pan. Season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Simultaneously, bring a pot of water to boil.
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the carrot and chop.

When tender, remove and set aside.
On a plate serve the chicken with bell peppers, pasta and vegetables. Season the vegetables with the remaining olive oil.
