Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
At the same time, clean the chicken meat and cut into very small pieces. You can use the food processor but make sure that it is not too finely chopped.
Separately, peel the garlic and make a cross-shaped cut at the top of the tomato of about one finger deep.
Place the tomato and garlic in a pot with boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove, drain and blend. Set aside.
Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour in the oil.
Add the chicken and cook stirring for about 5 minutes until browned.
Add the blended tomato sauce, bay leaf and salt and pepper.
Once boiling, lower the heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix the pasta with the sauce and let stand for a few minutes.
Serve the chicken bolognese hot. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
