Boil the pasta in water with a little salt for the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove, drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and flour.
In a pan over medium-high heat, heat half of the oil and sear the chicken for 4 minutes per side. Once done, remove and set aside.
Chop the garlic and slice the mushrooms.
In the same pan, heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the garlic and mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
Add the chicken again and add the milk. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve the pasta with the chicken, mushrooms and parsley on a plate.
