Wash, peel and cut the potato into sticks evenly.
Boil the potatoes in a pot for 10-12 minutes, remove and drain.
Preheat the grill over medium heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the chicken.
Once the grill is heated, pour half the oil, add the chicken, cook each side for 4 minutes and flip.
Add the tomato sauce, ham and cheese. Lower the heat, cover and cook for 4-6 more minutes.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Once heated, add the potatoes and fry each side for 1-2 minutes or until browned. Remove and add salt and pepper.
Peel and dice the pineapple.
Serve the chicken with the pineapple pieces and fried potatoes on a plate.
