  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Milk1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Cornstarch1/2 tablespoon (5 g)
  • Nutmeg1 pinch (1 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)

    Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.

    While heating half of the oil in a pan, season the chicken with salt and pepper.

    Once heated, add the chicken and brown over high heat on all sides. This will take approximately 3-4 minutes.
