Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
Place the grill over medium-high heat. While heating, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add half of the oil, spread and add the chicken.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove when desired doneness is reached and cut into slices. Set aside.
Meanwhile, preheat another pan over medium heat. While heating, cut the zucchini and tomato into strips.
Once heated, add the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Next, add the cooked pasta and let it cook for 2 more minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Serve the pasta with the chicken and tomato sauce. If desired, you can add garlic paste or powder, oregano and/or basil to the sauce.
