Place the pasta in a pot with boiling water and boil according to the time indicated on the package.
Grate the carrot, chop the onion and garlic.
Heat half of the oil and once heated, add the onion with a pinch of salt and stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the carrot and garlic and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until softened and cooked.
