Soak the raisins in water to hydrate.
Put the angel hair pasta in a pan without oil. Stir them until browned and crunchy. Remove.
Chop the garlic and heat a pot over high heat. Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the garlic. Stir-fry for some seconds over medium heat.
Add the water (twice the rice amount), the rice, raisings, noodles and some salt to taste.
Once boiling, cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes over medium-low heat, until the rice is cooked.
Slice the zucchini, cut the carrot into sticks and add salt and pepper to taste. Heat a pan over high heat.
Once heated, pour the remaining oil, spread and add the chicken in one side and the vegetables in the other. Cook each side of the chicken for 4 minutes and, once you flip it, cover.
Serve both preparations on a plate and garnish with parsley if you have any.
