Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and place them in a pot filled with boiling water. Boil for 10-12 minutes. Drain.
Simultaneously, season the chicken with garlic powder and salt to taste. Separately, cut the bell pepper into pieces. You can use any bell pepper kind.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add garlic powder, salt to taste and thyme.
Place a large pan over high heat. Once heated, add half of the oil, spread and add the chicken. If you wish, you can also add the potatoes.
Let the chicken cook for 4 minutes per side over medium heat and cook the potatoes for 2 minutes per side.
Once the chicken and potatoes are ready, remove, add the rest of the oil, spread and add the bell peppers with a pinch of salt. Sauté for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
Serve.
