Shell the corn and place in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Boil for 12 minutes, remove and drain.

Cut the chicken into bites and dip it in the marinade. Let stand for a few minute and preheat a pan.

Then lower to medium heat and continue cooking until done. Set aside.
At the same time, place a pot with water and a pinch of salt over high heat. Peel and chop the carrot.
Once boiling, add the carrot together with the peas and boil for 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Separately, cut the tomato, cucumber and onion.
Mix the chicken with the chopped vegetables and corn. You can add lettuce.
Dress with the remaining oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve with the tortilla.
