For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Place a pan over medium heat. While heating, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once heated, pour half of the oil, spread and add the chicken.
Stir-fry for approximately 6-8 minutes.
