For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Heat half of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper the chicken.
Once heated, add the chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Once done, remove and slice.
Separately, place the peas in a pot filled with boiling water and boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and set aside.
Mix the cooked rice with peas and season with the remaining oil. If you wish, you can add garlic powder and/or paprika.
To make the salad, cut the radish into thin slices. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
