In another pot with boiling water, add the peas and boil for 6 minutes. Remove and drain.
Meanwhile, heat half of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the chicken.
Once heated, add the chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Remove from heat when ready, slice and set aside.
In the same heated oan, add the remaining oil, cooked potatoes and peas.
Brown for 2-4 minutes over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and set aside.
Serve.
